Therapeutic Bodywork

At Circa, bodywork is an individualized approach that draws from a broad range of hands-on techniques to address muscular and fascial tension, support mobility, promote comfort and encourage relaxation.

Rather than following a set massage routine, each session is shaped around what your body needs at that time. Techniques, pressure and areas of focus can be adapted and combined according to your goals, preferences and how your body responds to treatment.

An Integrated Approach

With over 1,000 hours of training in massage therapy and complementary bodywork techniques, I draw from a diverse range of approaches, including:

  • Kinetic Swedish Massage

  • Structural Myofascial Therapy

  • Integrated Fascia Techniques

  • Deep Tissue Massage

  • Neuromuscular & Trigger Point Techniques

  • Passive Mobilizations

  • Table Shiatsu & Stretching

  • Thai Table Massage

  • Cranial Techniques

  • Hot Stone Massage

  • Pregnancy Massage

  • Chair Massage

  • Reflexology

These approaches do not need to be experienced as separate treatments. Depending on your needs, elements from different techniques may be incorporated into the same session to create a treatment that is both purposeful and responsive to you.

Whether the goal is to ease muscular or fascial tension, support movement and mobility, promote relaxation, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, the focus is on creating a treatment that is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all.
